Hoisin Glazed Salmon

I have another salmon recipe that is SO easy, you have to make it! 4 ingredients, a few minutes to cook, and you are ready to eat! Preheat your broiler and then gather your ingredients.

Your ingredients for the glaze are orange juice, hoisin sauce and honey.

Mix that all together.

grab some salmon fillets.

cover the salmon in the glaze and broil for about 10 minutes.

I served it with some instant mashed potatoes and it was delicious. I love the citrus hints in the glaze and this is so incredibly easy!

  1. I'm really, really sceptic to citrus in food (with the exception of lime in my chipotle sauce), but I think I'll have to try this... :D

  2. I love Hoisin. You either love it or hate it.

  3. Yay, something with hoisin sauce! I have been wanting to try this sort of glaze/dip for potstickers but am not familiar with the sauce so I wasn't sure how it would go. Sounds like it would be good for sweet-n-sour chicken too? What do you think? I've never tried hoisin so I'm hoping I'm in the 'love it!' camp as deb pointed out.

  4. OK, I'm going to try this! My husband went salmon fishing and brought home some big old salmon. I really haven't found a favorite way to fix it yet, but this sounds good (and easy!).
