This is an old favorite that I come back to and vary often. This is a great base recipe and you can experiment and add ingredients however you would like.
Preheat your broiler and lets gather some ingredients.
You need some paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Mayo, cheese, tuna, lemon, and a nice English muffin.
Grate your cheese.
Combine the tuna with the other ingredients, reserving some of the cheese to go on top.
Toast your muffin.
Pile on the tuna mixture.
Add on the cheese and toss it in the broiler for 2-4 minutes.
Fast, filling and oh so easy! You can add in shredded carrot, diced jalapeno, capers or whatever else you like to change it up for next time. I hope you all are having a great week.
Ohhhhh, man. This looks so good. It never occurred to me to use Worcestershire sauce! I'm going to have to try that next week.
ReplyDeleteYum yum yum. I eat tuna everyday but your combination looks sooo much better. I'll give it a go.

OMG - heaven on a muffin - I always use a slice of american on wheat toast - this is a great change of pace for an old classic!
ReplyDeleteOkay, this does look pretty good, but I am DYING to try the stuffed pepper one! Both look delish and my cat would love them all.
ReplyDeleteWe made these last week and they were incredible. The Worcestershire sauce was the secret ingredient. Seriously, Kurtis and I were eating these going YUM, YUM, THIS IS SO GOOD! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
