Serves One Cookbook Give Away!

One of the first recipes on this blog was for Somen Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce.

Somen Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce

This came from one of my favorite Cookbooks, Serves One. To celebrate the one year anniversary of the blog, I am giving away a copy of this cookbook to a lucky reader!

  18. Hi :-) I keep seeing your posts on LJ picturing_food, and I stop by and read your recipes. I tried the honey chicken one you posted relatively recently, and it was great.
I'm not interested in the cookbook, as I wouldn't have much use for it. I cook for 7-8 people all the time :-)
When I'm alone my favorite thing to do is buy the overly done fried chicken from the grocery store deli, and then just eat all the skin off of the pieces, and toss the dried chicken :-D Gross, I know.
