I am off to Amsterdam for my honeymoon! I will be back in a week, so in the mean time you can stare at this...

Turtle Pumpkin Pie Ingredients
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. Caramel topping divided
1 cup Canned pumpkin
1 6 ounce Graham cracker pie crust
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon Pecans divided
1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 cup Milk
1 8 ounce Cool Whip divided use
2 4 ounce Vanilla Instant Pudding
Instructions for Turtle Pumpkin Pie
Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into the pie crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
Beat milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread filling into crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining pecans and drizzle remaining caramel with fork. Store in refrigerator.
