Best Thing I Ever Made - Appetizer

I am sure I have made some fancy appetizers in the past, but I really love this simple appetizer pizza. It is a Cold Vegetable Pizza from the dearly departed Cooking for 2 magazine. This was published by the folks at Taste of Home and I loved it, but as is the case with a lot of magazines it was discontinued. I really suggest you give this a try for your next football party or get together, even Tom liked it!

  1. Perfect for "the" game! I've made a similar version and am happy to be reminded of it and want to try this version. Isn't that life---you get hooked on a magazine and then it's gone... It must've been a good one and I would like that, for 2! Happy New Year, my friend!

  2. I absolutely love this appetizer. If you want to make it even easier use the Marzipan veggie dill dip as the spread. So good!!

  3. Yum! That does sound really good and easy. I used to get a bunch of the Taste of Home magazines, I think I got that one for a while!

  4. That is an 'oldie but goodie' and one that I still love - especially when it's absolutely loaded with veggies.
